Hoiruddin Hasibuan

Independent President Commissioner of Bank Banten

He earned a Bachelor of Law degree from Saburai University, Bandar Lampung (1996), a Master of Business Law from Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta (2002), completed a Doctorate in Law from Brawijaya University, Malang (2017) and earned a Professor (HC) in Law from Sultan Agung Islamic University Semarang (2024).

He has been actively pursuing a career in the Indonesian National Police since 1987. During his service in the Police, most of his assignments were in the Criminal Investigation field, several assignment areas were in Lampung Province, Irian Jaya/Papua Province, Central Java Province, North Sumatra Province and only then joined Densus 88 Anti-Terror (AT) Polri in 2007 – 2021.

Strategic positions held: 3 (three) times as Police Chief (Manokwari City Police Chief, Papua, Giriwoyo Police Chief, Wonogiri, Central Java and Kartasura Police Chief, Sukoharjo, Central Java). He served as Head of the Corruption Investigation Team for the Surakarta Police, Central Java Police.

He served as the Malang City Police Chief, East Java Police, and during his time at Densus 88 AT he served as Middle Investigator, Head of Analysis Unit for the Papua and Maluku Task Force, Head of Human Resources Sub-Division, Head of the Bangka Belitung Task Force, and since 2021 he has served as the Special Staff of the Minister of Home Affairs for Village Government and Border Management.

Then he joined and was appointed as Representative Commissioner based on the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Bank Banten on December 2, 2022. Furthermore, he was appointed as Independent President Commissioner of the Company based on the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on January 25, 2023.

Deden Riki Hayatul Firman

Independent Commissioner of Bank Banten

He earned a Bachelor of Law degree from Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto (1987) and completed a Master of Law degree from STIH Iblam (2002). He pursued his career at the Indonesian Attorney General’s Office as Kajari Bantaeng (2002), Kajari Tuban (2003), Asintel Kejati Lampung (2005), Kajari Pati (2007), and successively served as IRBAN Region III at the Deputy Attorney General for Supervision (2009), Asintel Kejati DKI Jakarta (2010), Special Assistant to the Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia (2012), Head of the Planning Bureau of the Deputy Attorney General for Development (2014), Kajati North Maluku (2016), Director of Crimes Against State Security, Public Order & Other General Crimes at the Deputy Attorney General for General Crimes (2018), Director of State Administration at the Deputy Attorney General for Civil and State Administration (2019), Kajati East Kalimantan (2020-2022).

Then he joined and was appointed as Independent Commissioner of the Company based on the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Bank Banten on January 25, 2023.

Deden Apriandhi

Commissioner of Bank Banten*

He earned a Master of Administrative Science degree from STIA Mandala Indonesia (2005).

He has a track record as Head of the Youth Empowerment and Leadership Development Division at the Banten Province Youth and Sports Office (2011-2013), Head of the Social, Cultural, and Community Affairs Division at the Banten Province Research and Development Agency (2013), and Head of the Government Bureau of the Banten Province Regional Secretariat (2013-2014).

He was subsequently entrusted with the positions of Acting Head of the Jakarta, West Java, and Banten Provincial Government Cooperation Agency (2014-2015), Head of the Public Relations and Protocol Bureau (2015-2017), Head of the Youth and Sports Office (2017-2021), and Secretary of the Banten Regional People’s Representative Council (2021-2023).

In 2023, he was entrusted with consecutive positions as Acting Head of the Banten Province National Unity and Politics Agency (2023-2025), Acting Head of the Banten Province Regional Secretariat (2025), and Acting Head of the Banten Province Regional Secretariat (2023-2025). Head of the Banten Province Regional Revenue Agency (2025), Acting Regional Secretary of Banten Province (2025), and Regional Secretary of Banten Province (2025-present).

Joined and was appointed as a Commissioner of the Company based on the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on January 21, 2026.

*will take office effectively after receiving approval from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) through a Fit and Proper Test.

Rina Dewiyanti

Commissioner of Bank Banten

She earned a Diploma 3 degree at PAAP-UNPAD (1989), a Bachelor of Accounting at STIE-YPKP Bandung (1999) and a Master of Administrative Science at Krisnadwipayana University Jakarta (2004). He earned a Doctorate from Padjajaran University Bandung (2022).

Started his career at Bank Bukopin Bandung Branch (1989-1991), then became a West Kalimantan civil servant in Sintang Regency as Head of Financial Administration at PDAM Sintang Regency, West Kalimantan Province (Kalbar). In 1994-1999 he served as Head of Financial Affairs of the Sintang Regency Revenue Service, West Kalimantan Province, then he was transferred from Sintang Regency, West Kalimantan Province to Lebak Regency, Banten Province, then was trusted to hold the position of Head of Budget Sub-Division of DPPKAD Lebak Regency for the period 1999-2005.

Furthermore, he was given the mandate to become Head of Budget Division of DPPKD Kab. Lebak in 2005-2007 and then his career became Head of DPPKD Lebak Regency in 2007-2015. Then he participated in open bidding at the Banten Provincial Government and succeeded in occupying the position of Head of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Banten Province (2019 to present).
