Muhammad Busthami
President Director of Bank Banten
He earned a Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of Indonesia in 1989 and completed an MBA degree at the International University of Japan, Nigita, Japan in 1997.
Previously he served as GM PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Overseas Branch, Dili, Timor Leste (2006-2008), VP Overseas Offices Development & Supervision PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (2008-2010), Executive Director of Bank Mandiri (Europe ) Ltd, London (2010-2013).
In 2014, he was assigned to serve as SEVP of the Special Asset Management Directorate and Retail Banking Directorate of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri (2014-2016). He continued his work as VP Special Asset Management of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (2016-2022).
Then he joined and was appointed as President Commissioner of the Company based on the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Bank Banten on 2 December 2022 and 25 January 2023 as President Director of the Company.
Bambang Widyatmoko
Director of Operations
He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics at Diponegoro University, Semarang in 1994 and completed a Master’s degree in Management at Esa Unggul University, Jakarta in 2004.
Previously he served as Head of the Commercial Credit Division of PT Bank Bukopin Tbk (2017-2018), GM Regional II (West Java and Parts of Jakarta) PT Bank Bukopin Tbk (2018-2019), GM Regional IV (East Java, Bali, West Nusa Tenggara and East Nusa Tenggara) PT Bank Bukopin Tbk (2019-2020).
In 2020, he served as SVP Regional IV (East Java, Bali, West Nusa Tenggara and East Nusa Tenggara) PT Bank Bukopin Tbk (2020-2021). He continues his work as SVP SME Regional V (Kalimantan, Sulawesi and Sorong) PT Bank Bukopin Tbk (2021-2022).
Then he joined and was appointed as Operational Director of the Company based on the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Bank Banten on December 2 2022.

Director of Compliance
He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering at Brawijaya University in 1991 and completed a Master’s degree in Management at the University of Indonesia in 1993.
Previously he was assigned by PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk to serve as Head of the Commercial & Corporate Risk Assessment Division of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri (2015-2016). In 2016 he returned to PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk where he served as VP Executive Credit Officer (2016-2017), VP DH Corporate Risk 2 PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk.
In 2018, he served as SVP Executive Credit Officer – B PT Bank Mandiri (persero) Tbk (2018-2019), and subsequently he served as SVP Executive Credit Officer – A PT Bank Mandiri (persero) Tbk (2019-2022).
Then he joined and was appointed as Compliance Director of the Company based on the results of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Bank Banten on January 25 2023.
Rodi Judo Dahono
Business Director
He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting at Sebelas Maret State University in 1992 and completed a Master’s degree in Management at Sebelas Maret State University in 2004.
Previously he was assigned to serve as Area Micro Business (Cluster Manager) for DIY Yogyakarta PT Bank Mandiri (persero) Tbk (2011-2012), Area Micro Business (Cluster Manager) for Semarang PT Bank Mandiri (persero) Tbk (2012-2013) , AVP Micro Banking District Center Manager Region XI (Bali & Nusa Tenggara) PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (2013-2014).
