Muhammad Busthami

President Director

He earned a Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of Indonesia in 1989 and completed an MBA degree at the International University of Japan, Nigita, Japan in 1997.

Previously he served as GM PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Overseas Branch, Dili, Timor Leste (2006-2008), VP Overseas Offices Development & Supervision PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (2008-2010), Executive Director of Bank Mandiri (Europe ) Ltd, London (2010-2013).

In 2014, he was assigned to serve as SEVP of the Special Asset Management Directorate and Retail Banking Directorate of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri (2014-2016). He continued his work as VP Special Asset Management of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (2016-2022).

Then he joined and was appointed as President Commissioner of the Company based on the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Bank Banten on 2 December 2022 and 25 January 2023 as President Director of the Company.

Slamet Riyadi

Business Director

He earned a Bachelor of Economics degree from Pasundan University in 1995 and completed his Master of Banking Management degree from Padjajaran University in 2002.

He began his executive career at PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk from 1995 to 2011, holding various positions, including Business Solutions Head in the Transactional Banking Division and AVP Corporate Finance & Financial Services Division.

He continued his career at PT Bank QNB Indonesia Tbk as Group Head of IT & Digital Banking Division and Head of Strategic Planning & CMO (2011-2018). From 2018 to 2019, he served as Associate Director of Operations & Systems/CTO at PT Bank Victoria International, and subsequently, from 2019 to 2025, he served as Director of Operations and IT at PT Bank Mega Syariah.

Joined and appointed as the Company’s Business Director based on the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on January 21, 2026 and will be effectively appointed after obtaining OJK approval through the Fit and Proper Test.

Purbaji Basuki

Director of Operations

He earned a Bachelor of Economics degree from Diponegoro University in 1997.

He began his executive career as Work Group Head/Department Head at PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk in 2009. He then joined PT Bank Nusantara Parahyangan (BNP) as General Manager (GM)/Division Head of Compliance from 2017 to 2018, and continued his career at PT Bank J Trust Indonesia Tbk in the same position from 2017 to 2018. He previously held positions as Compliance & Risk Management Division Head (2018-2019) and Compliance Director (2019-2022) at PT Asuransi Jiwa Prolife Indonesia, Commissioner at PT Sun Maju Pialang Asuransi (2020-2022), and Senior Consultant at PT Alcotech Indonesia (2022).

He then joined the Company as Head of the Accounting & Financial Planning Division in 2023 and was then appointed as the Company’s Operational Director based on the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Bank Banten on January 21, 2026 and will be effectively appointed after obtaining OJK approval through the Fit and Proper Test.

Eko Virgianto

Director of Compliance

He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering at Brawijaya University in 1991 and completed a Master’s degree in Management at the University of Indonesia in 1993.

Previously he was assigned by PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk to serve as Head of the Commercial & Corporate Risk Assessment Division of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri (2015-2016). In 2016 he returned to PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk where he served as VP Executive Credit Officer (2016-2017), VP DH Corporate Risk 2 PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk.

In 2018, he served as SVP Executive Credit Officer – B PT Bank Mandiri (persero) Tbk (2018-2019), and subsequently he served as SVP Executive Credit Officer – A PT Bank Mandiri (persero) Tbk (2019-2022).

Then he joined and was appointed as Compliance Director of the Company based on the results of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Bank Banten on January 25 2023.
